Executive Services General Information

 

The executive services team leads the implementation of the organization's mission and vision.  The mission is to provide a collective system of support to enhance educational opportunities for our community and the learners we serve, thus producing the vision to equip all learners for success by providing high quality, purposeful, and fiscally responsible solutions to community needs.  Under the leadership of executive services, the intermediate unit is organized into four service teams:  Curriculum, Executive, Financial, and Student Services.  The operations of Human Resources and Technology Services are embedded into the executive services team.  Executive services serves as the conduit to the board of directors and provides collaborative leadership to the 17 member school districts, 3 career and technology centers, and 1 charter school.  In addition, executive services serves in the state-level organizations, such as Pennsylvania Association of Intermediate Units.
