The Westmoreland Intermediate Unit Board of Directors establishes annual performance goals for the Interim Executive Director to promote organizational accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

The 2026–2027 performance goals identify measurable priorities in organizational capacity, fiscal stewardship, member district value, and strategic leadership. These goals provide a framework for the Board's evaluation of the Interim Executive Director and communicate key organizational priorities to WIU7 stakeholders.
