Facilities Management

The Westmoreland Intermediate Unit operates two primary facilities.  Our administration building houses 75 full-time employees as well as itinerant workers from various student services programs.  The building consists of 32 offices and 46 cubical spaces.  In addition, there are 8 meeting rooms utilized for both in-house services as well as rental to area agencies.
 
Our Clairview School location provides a specialized learning environment for students with various academic needs.   

Custodial and Maintenance Services

The custodial team consists of 4 full-time custodians providing services to Clairview School and the administration building.  In addition, one maintenance person is responsible for physical plant and yard maintenance.
