The Westmoreland Intermediate Unit (WIU) Early Childhood Administrative Services Team is dedicated to supporting families, educators, and community partners in providing high-quality Early Intervention services for young children with developmental delays or disabilities. This team works collaboratively to ensure that children receive individualized support and resources to promote their learning and growth.

- Jason Stragand, Director of Early Childhood Services
Dr. Stragand oversees all Early Childhood programs, ensuring that children and families receive high-quality services aligned with state and federal guidelines. He collaborates with school districts, agencies, and service providers to enhance early learning opportunities. - Madison Ritts, Early Intervention Supervisor
Madison Ritts supervises the implementation of Early Intervention programs, providing guidance to educators, therapists, and families. She works closely with staff to ensure effective service delivery and support for children with developmental needs. - Melanie Soich, Early Childhood Services Team Secretary
Melania Soich provides administrative support for Early Childhood Services, assisting with program coordination, communication, and documentation to ensure smooth operations. - Collins Carlin, Early Intervention Secretary
Collins Carlin supports the Early Intervention team by managing referrals and documentation for medical Access billing, ensuring timely access to services.
