Westmoreland Intermediate Unit's Curriculum & Professional Learning Services team brings together expertise in curriculum and instruction, professional learning, specialized consultation, school improvement, educational technology, and strategic partnerships.
We work alongside educators and school and district leaders to respond to evolving needs, navigate state initiatives, strengthen local capacity, and translate priorities into effective practice. Whether a district is implementing new standards, developing educators and leaders, strengthening supports for diverse learners, evaluating educational technology, or addressing a complex systems-level challenge, the WIU connects the right expertise and resources to the work.
Our approach is collaborative and responsive. Services range from individual professional learning opportunities and regional networks to customized consultation, technical assistance, program design, and sustained district partnerships.
