This day long virtual event was attended by 150 participants from across the state and other states. The symposium featured various discussions related to school safety and security from experts in the field. Symposium topics included: pandemic update; mental health resilience; cyber security awareness for schools; Act 44 update; concepts of 2-stage school visitor vetting; and creating a comprehensive safety and security program.
