Motion added to Agenda - 07/07/2025 - WIU Special Board Meeting

Due to the lack of passage of the state budget and the emergency situation, a motion was added and approved to the 07/17/2025 WIU Special Board meeting. The motion was to approve the engagement letter and appoint Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as Note Counsel Services.

The June WIU Regular Board meeting has been rescheduled due to a lack of a quorum. The WIU Special Board Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025

Aspire to Teach Expo to be held on February 13th

Hosted by the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit, the Expo is a collaboration with Westmoreland County school districts and in partnership with St. Vincent College’s (SVC) Education Department. This one-of-a-kind informational event is designed to reach those with bachelor’s degrees (who may be working in other fields) as well as new education graduates.
