Ms. Davis works as a Classroom Assistant at Clairview School. Dr. Thomas shared that Ms. Davis arrives to work early and never hesitates to assist any person in the building that requires assistance. She has a keen awareness of the building environment and will brainstorm solutions to any situation that arises.
Ms. Davis leads specific student hygiene needs for all students and takes the initiative ensure students' comfort and privacy. She also decorates two bathrooms for motivation and learning with consideration to the school-wide behavior support initiatives.
Ms. Davis leads others with smiles and excitement to support all student. She is committed to leadership opportunities in the building and connect with others during professional learning opportunities.
