Executive Services provides strategic leadership and organizational direction for Westmoreland Intermediate Unit 7 (WIU7), advancing our mission to provide a collective system of support that enhances educational opportunities for our community and the learners we serve.

Under the leadership of the Interim Executive Director, Executive Services works collaboratively with the WIU7 Board of Directors, organizational leadership, employees, and educational partners to ensure that our programs and services remain responsive, innovative, fiscally responsible, and aligned with the evolving needs of those we serve.

Central to this work is a commitment to transparent communication, collaborative decision-making, organizational accountability, and continuous improvement. Through meaningful engagement with our 17-member school districts, three career and technology centers, one charter school, and community partners, Executive Services seeks to strengthen relationships, identify shared priorities, and develop practical solutions that create lasting value.

WIU7's organizational structure includes four primary service teams: Curriculum and Professional Learning Services, Financial Services, Student Services, and Technology and Innovation Services. Executive Services provides overarching leadership and coordination across these teams, including organizational operations, human resources, strategic planning, and Board governance.

Guided by feedback from our educational partners and ongoing organizational reflection, Executive Services is advancing strategic initiatives designed to strengthen service delivery, improve operational efficiency, expand opportunities for collaboration, and increase transparency and responsiveness.
