What is WCSBO?  The Westmoreland County School Business Officials (WCSBO) is a professional association whose members are responsible for the financial operation of their respective school.  WCSBO members are from the seventeen (17) school districts, three (3) career and technology centers, and one (1) Intermediate Unit in Westmoreland County.  The members meet five to six times a year to discuss relevant issues while continuing to promote the highest standard for school business management.  For information on members, click on the WCSBO Member Listing.
